All of our paddleboard packages are shipped in boxes that clearly state the Brand and name of the model on the outside.
Additionally, some of our paddles and pumps will also be shipped in the product packaging, which states the contents.
We do our best to keep additional plastic and cardboard packaging to a minimum and have found that the products are packed securely already, so have not found a need to add any additional.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday only. We do not currently open on Bank Holidays.
Mainland UK
Free Shipping is available on all orders to UK mainland addresses, when spending over £30 - delivery takes 1-3 working days to arrive.
Next Day Shipping is available for orders placed before 2pm, Monday - Friday. Please note, there are no Saturday deliveries with this service, so orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. This is charged at £9.99
For Saturday Delivery there is an extra charge of £14.99. Order before 2pm on Friday to receive your order on Saturday, via DHL Ecommerce
We are unable to offer Next Day Shipping to non-UK mainland addresses, please see below for details of specific postcode areas.
All paddleboards and larger items are shipped with DPD or DHL Ecommerce
- DPD & DHL deliver Monday - Friday (no Saturday deliveries unless paid for as extra)

Smaller items are delivered by Royal Mail (via Whistl)

TEMPORARY DELAYS: Monday 14th April - Tuesday 22nd April
Due to us moving some stock around, this will mean that no orders will be shipped on Monday 14th April, and orders received from 2pm on Friday 11th April, until Monday 21st April, may be delayed by a day or two. You will always receive an email with tracking to let you know when the order has been dispatched.

We ship orders when all stock is available.
Occasionally, we may have items available on pre-order, so if you order one of these items along with an item that is in stock, the order will only be shipped when all stock is available.
In Stock Items
- Orders placed before 2pm, will be processed by the warehouse and sent out the same day.
Pre-Order Items
Details of stock availability will be displayed on the product page.
Any orders containing these stock items will be shipped when the stock has been received.
You will receive tracking details to confirm when the order has been processed, and a further email or text with a delivery window when this is out for delivery.
When will my pre-order be shipped?

Where we have products available on pre-order, the available date is the date we will start shipping orders.
Due to order volumes, it may take 1-3 working days after the release date for all orders to be shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number via the courier once the order has a depot scan, so that you can see when to expect the delivery.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, they will all be shipped together once the pre-order is available. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped separately you can either place two separate orders or contact us.
Will the rest of my order ship before my pre-order?
